Quick fixes
- Enable the FixT keyboard in iOS Settings.
- Turn on Full Access for the FixT keyboard.
- Check the FixT app home screen if you are out of fuel or offline.
- If FIX does not respond, open the FixT app once, then try again.
- If it still does not work, use the Refresh button in the Options screen.
- Try another app or text field to confirm the issue is not app-specific.
How to Delete your FixT account
You can delete your FixT account directly in the app.
To delete your account in the app
- Open the FixT app.
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to Settings > Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion.
If you cannot access the app
Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your FixT account.
Use this subject line: Delete my FixT account
Please do not send your password. FixT will never ask for your password by email.
What is deleted
- Your FixT account profile.
- Authentication and account identifiers associated with your account.
- App usage data associated with your account.
- AI rewrite or request data associated with your account, where stored.
- Subscription entitlement records that are not required to be retained.
What may be retained
- Payment, tax, legal, fraud prevention, and security records where required.
- Records retained only for the legally required or operationally necessary period.
- Non-account request or user data is automatically deleted by backend retention jobs within 90 days where applicable.
